Loyalty Programme

By creating an account with us, you agree to be part of our Loyalty Programme where you will earn points and redeem rewards through purchases made on the Site or at any Tracyeinny retail store.

By participating in our Loyalty Programme, you agree to the following:

1. Your account details are made known at the point of purchase for the rewards accreditation to take place.
2. All accumulated spending and rewards are non-transferrable; they cannot be bought, sold or traded.
3. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
4. Tracyeinny reserves the right to nullify any rewards that are deemed inappropriate or have breached any of the terms and conditions listed in this page.

The programme's structure as well as terms & conditions are subjected to changes and updates. Any changes, modifications or termination of any part of the programme or its terms will be effective upon publications of those changes on the Site. Your continued participation in the programme will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

The Site may contain third party links which are not affiliated to, owned by or operated by Tracyeinny, included but not limited to third party payment hosting providers.

Tracyeinny is the sole owner and licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to the content of the Site. Please note that all postage charges involved in return and exchange procedures will be borne by you, the customer.

Should the situation arise where we find the item in less than satisfactory condition, Tracyeinny reserves the right to reject the return request at any point in time during this process.

Incorrect Items Received

We are so sorry about this. If you believe that you have received the wrong item(s) under your order, kindly reach out to us here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery

The cost of our delivery services can be found here.

The delivery timeframe has been communicated as per our delivery partner and this is subjected to potential delays that might arise from peak periods or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that the provided time frame serves as an estimate only.

Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement and your access to all or any part of the Site at any time and for any reason (including if we believe that you have engaged in any suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, or violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement) without prior notice or liability, including the right to reject any order you place for the purchase of Products, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your Account.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services or the Content at any time without prior notice or liability. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, licenses of User Content, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability, class action waivers and arbitration.
